Western Chapter (West of Interstate-65)

Meetings include luncheon and are at least quarterly, on Friday, beginning about 11:00 am and ending about 2:30 pm. The locations rotate to host facilities around the Western Region. New members and guests are always welcome.

Members may be in the healthcare quality, risk management, infection prevention, utilization management, or health information management fields, since these overlap in many organizations.

Networking is a big part of the Western Region. Members freely share Improvement strategies, policy suggestions, and methods for meeting new regulatory and licensure requirements. Another benefit is carpooling together from Western KY to meetings & educational programs across the state. In this way we can save our facilities a portion of the cost while still staying abreast of professional and industry standards.
