As a nonprofit, KAHQ meeting minutes are a necessary form of record-keeping for all non-profit organizations. Memories are imperfect, so KAHQ is obligated to detail its actions in writing so there’s no confusion about what happened. Meeting minutes serve as the official (and legal) record of board, committee and general, i.e., member, meetings.
